Premier and Premier Reserve are professional jewelry care programs designed to help preserve the beauty, integrity, and longevity of your Prairie Sky engagement ring through routine maintenance, expert craftsmanship, and lifelong support from the same artisans who created it.
Premier Care is a jewelry care and maintenance program. It is not an insurance policy and does not provide protection against loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, or other risks commonly covered by jewelry insurance.
Premier Care is available for eligible Prairie Sky engagement rings and wedding sets purchased directly from Prairie Sky Jewelry Co.
Premier Care must be purchased at the time of your jewelry purchase or within Prairie Sky's qualifying enrollment period. Jewelry enrolled after purchase may require a Bench Inspection before acceptance into the program.
Premier Care applies only to the original Prairie Sky jewelry item listed on your purchase.
To maintain active Premier Care benefits, your jewelry must return to Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. once each year for its scheduled Annual Bench Service.
Annual Bench Service may be completed by:
Visiting our Pawhuska showroom
Mailing your jewelry directly to Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. using our recommended shipping process
A 60-day grace period is provided following your annual service due date. Completing your Annual Bench Service during this grace period keeps your Premier Care benefits active without interruption.
If your Annual Bench Service is not completed within the grace period, Premier Care benefits become inactive until eligibility is re-established. Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. may require a Bench Inspection and any recommended maintenance or repairs before benefits are reinstated.
If circumstances prevent you from completing your Annual Bench Service on time, please contact us before your grace period expires. We're always happy to work with you whenever possible.
Each Annual Bench Service may include:
Bench Inspection
Professional Bench Cleaning
Stone inspection
Prong inspection
Stone tightening, when necessary
Prong tightening, when necessary
Service history updates
Additional services included with your selected Premier Care level
If repairs are recommended beyond the scope of your Premier Care benefits, you'll always be contacted for approval before additional work is performed.
Premier includes the maintenance services listed with your plan at the time of purchase.
Benefits generally include routine preventative maintenance intended to preserve the beauty and structural integrity of your jewelry.
Premier members may utilize our Mail-In Bench Service. Customers are responsible for shipping their jewelry to Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. Return shipping charges may apply.
Premier Reserve includes all Premier benefits, along with the additional services listed with your plan at the time of purchase.
These may include:
Resizing (within the first year)
Priority Bench Service
Prong rebuilding resulting from normal wear
Head replacement resulting from normal wear
Accent stone replacement
Center Stone Assurance
Mail-In Bench Service

Specific benefits are governed by the terms in effect at the time of enrollment.
Center Stone Assurance is an exclusive Premier Reserve benefit designed to provide immediate access to our bench whenever you have concerns about the security of your center stone.
If you notice movement, hear a rattle, experience an impact, feel a prong catching, or have any concern that your center stone may not be secure, contact Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. as soon as possible.
Your ring will receive Priority Bench Service upon arrival. Our team will inspect the setting, head, prongs, and center stone, tighten the setting when appropriate, and recommend any additional repairs needed to preserve the integrity of your ring.
Center Stone Assurance is intended to help prevent stone loss through proactive care and prompt attention.
Center Stone Assurance is not a replacement guarantee or insurance policy and does not provide reimbursement or replacement for:
Lost center stones
Theft
Mysterious disappearance
Accidental damage
Impact-related damage
Abuse or neglect
Damage resulting from repairs or alterations performed outside Prairie Sky Jewelry Co.
For protection against accidental loss, theft, and other unforeseen events, Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. strongly recommends maintaining independent jewelry insurance.
Premier Care is intended to address normal wear resulting from everyday use.
Examples of normal wear may include:
Gradual prong wear
Routine metal wear
Minor loosening of stones
Components naturally wearing through everyday use
Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. will determine, in its reasonable professional judgment, whether a repair qualifies as normal wear.
Premier Care does not include:
Loss or theft
Mysterious disappearance
Intentional damage
Abuse or neglect
Damage caused by impact, crushing, or accidents
Fire, flood, natural disasters, or catastrophic events
Chemical damage
Damage resulting from improper wear or misuse
Damage occurring after recommended repairs have been declined
Cosmetic wear beyond the maintenance services included with your selected plan
Repairs made necessary by modifications or repairs performed outside Prairie Sky Jewelry Co.
To maintain Premier Care benefits, all maintenance and repair work associated with Premier Care must be performed by Prairie Sky Jewelry Co.
Repairs, resizing, stone resetting, or alterations completed by another jeweler may void Premier Care benefits.
Mail-In Bench Service is available to both Premier and Premier Reserve members.
Customers are responsible for securely shipping their jewelry to Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. using the shipping instructions provided.
Premier Reserve includes insured return shipping following Annual Bench Service.
Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged before they are received by our studio.
Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. maintains a service history for every enrolled piece of jewelry.
This record allows our team to monitor the condition of your jewelry over time and provide consistent, informed care throughout its lifetime.
The Center Stone Upgrade Program is separate from Premier Care.
Eligibility requirements, qualifying stones, minimum upgrade values, and applicable credits are governed by the terms of the Center Stone Upgrade Program.
Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. reserves the right to update administrative procedures, scheduling processes, and program operations as needed.
Benefits purchased at the time of enrollment will continue according to the terms applicable on the original purchase date unless otherwise required by law.
Premier Care is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the original enrolled Prairie Sky jewelry item unless otherwise approved in writing by Prairie Sky Jewelry Co.
Premier Care may be cancelled within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund as store credit, provided no Premier Care benefits have been used.
After thirty (30) days, or following the use of any Premier Care benefit, Premier Care is non-refundable.
Premier Care provides maintenance and service benefits only.
Prairie Sky Jewelry Co.'s maximum liability under Premier Care shall not exceed the purchase price of the Premier Care plan itself unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing within Premier Care shall be interpreted as guaranteeing replacement of jewelry, gemstones, or precious metals.
