Our Buffalo Nickel Medallion necklaces are a Western spin on a classic style. With your choice of sides facing, this authentic buffalo nickel is set in solid sterling silver.

- Choose whether your coin is Buffalo or Profile facing
- Each pendant will vary slightly in condition and age due to the individual nature of authentic, vintage coins
- Available as a charm or strung on your choice of 14", 16", or 18" sterling silver chain
- If selected as a charm without a chain, this piece will be sent with an open-backed bail, so that it can be added to a charm chain. Please let us know in the order notes if you'd prefer a closed bail.
This pendant features a prong-set authentic coin, with the same setting on both sides. Both sides of the coin are fully visible, though the opposite side of the coin will appear 'upside-down' in the pendant because of the way the coins themselves were made.
This is a finished piece. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. An email will be sent with a tracking number when your piece is on its way!

We know turquoise isn't one-size-fits-all. If you have a preference for brighter blue, more matrix, less matrix, green, or something completely different, let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate requests based on what we have available.
PREFER GOLD?
Many of our designs can be made in 14k yellow, rose, or white gold, even when a gold option isn't shown in the menu. If you see a piece you love and want it in gold, just reach out—we're happy to build it for you.
A note on our white gold: We intentionally do not rhodium plate our white gold. Instead, we leave the natural warmth of the metal intact, giving it a soft, beautiful champagne tone that we love. It wears naturally and develops its own character over time, rather than needing regular replating.
A NOTE ON RING STACKING -
Planning to wear this ring as part of a stack or trio? We strongly recommend sizing up at least ½ size, and sometimes a full size.
The more width your rings take up across your finger, the tighter the overall stack will feel. Multiple bands worn together can fit noticeably more snugly than any one ring worn on its own.
If you're building a stack, we're always happy to help you choose the best size for the full combination.
