Our standard lab diamonds are carefully selected for excellent quality and beautiful appearance, and are offered without third-party certification. If you would like a GIA, IGI, or other third-party certified diamond, simply contact us before placing your order—or immediately afterward—and we can arrange a certified stone for your ring. Additional fees apply.

Absolutely. Natural diamonds are available for any of our fine jewelry designs. We simply don’t include them as our standard option because each natural diamond is unique, carries a higher value, and requires a more individualized selection process. Contact us and we’ll help you source a natural diamond that fits your design, preferences, and budget.

Our Diamond Upgrade Program gives you a way to move into a larger or higher-value diamond down the road. If your ring changes, your diamond can change with it. Ask us about current upgrade requirements and available options.

Whether it’s a diamond from a family heirloom, an existing engagement ring, a stone you’ve inherited, or simply something you’ve had tucked away waiting for the right setting, we can often build a new piece around it. We’ll evaluate your stone and talk through the best options for incorporating it into your new ring.

Sometimes you love a ring exactly as it is. Sometimes you want to change the stone, metal, finish, proportions, or details. And sometimes you have an idea that doesn’t exist yet.

We do all three.

Make a few thoughtful changes to one of our existing designs, or work with us to create something completely custom from the ground up. We especially love the pieces that start with a sketch, a family stone, a meaningful idea, or a “what if we…” conversation.

Once your ring is yours, our Premier Care programs are designed to give you added peace of mind. Depending on the level you choose, Premier Care can include priority bench service, covered repairs from normal wear, accent stone replacement, complimentary services, and additional protection for your investment.

We can work with existing diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals to create something new while carrying the meaning of the original piece forward. Every heirloom is different, so we’ll evaluate what you have and determine what can be preserved, reused, or incorporated into a new design.

Made to order pieces typically ship within 2–4 weeks. Since each piece is made specifically for you, please allow the full timeframe during busy seasons.

We know turquoise isn't one-size-fits-all. If you have a preference for brighter blue, more matrix, less matrix, green, or something completely different, let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate requests based on what we have available.

Yes! Almost anything can become a custom order. Changes to stones, metal, sizing, details, or the overall design may change the price and turnaround time. Reach out to us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.

For certain pieces, yes! If you’re looking for a particular color, matrix, or look, contact us and we’ll see what we have available. This will likely include a customization fee.

Made to order pieces cannot always be rushed, but you’re welcome to reach out before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Our rush fee is usually $100-$250 depending on the piece and timeline.
