No. Premier Care is a professional jewelry care program designed to help maintain and preserve your Prairie Sky jewelry through routine maintenance, expert craftsmanship, and ongoing support from our team.
Yes. Premier Care may be added to eligible Prairie Sky engagement rings within a limited time after purchase, provided the ring passes a Bench Inspection and meets program eligibility requirements.
To maintain your Premier Care benefits, simply return your ring to Prairie Sky once each year for its scheduled Bench Service. Regular maintenance allows us to proactively care for your jewelry and helps ensure it continues to perform and look its best for years to come.
Each Bench Service includes a comprehensive inspection of your ring, professional cleaning, inspection of stones and prongs, tightening as needed, and any additional services included with your Premier Care level. We'll also update your service history and notify you of any recommendations for future care.
Absolutely. Whether you live nearby or across the country, your Premier Care benefits are easy to maintain. You may visit our Pawhuska showroom or mail your ring directly to our studio for its scheduled Bench Service.
Annual Bench Service is required to maintain your Premier Care benefits. If you're unable to return your ring within your scheduled service window, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
Premier Care is designed to maintain and preserve your jewelry through normal wear and routine maintenance. It does not replace traditional jewelry insurance and does not cover loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, intentional damage, abuse, or damage resulting from accidents, unauthorized repairs, or alterations performed outside of Prairie Sky Jewelry Co.
To maintain your Premier Care benefits, all covered maintenance and repair work must be performed by Prairie Sky Jewelry Co. This allows us to ensure every service meets our quality standards and that your jewelry continues to receive care from the artisans who know it best.
Premier Care is intended for the original purchaser and the original Prairie Sky jewelry item. Additional details regarding transferability can be found in the full Premier Care Terms & Conditions.
Yes. Eligible customers may upgrade to Premier Reserve within the qualifying purchase window, subject to a Bench Inspection and any applicable pricing adjustments.
Our Center Stone Upgrade Program allows you to apply the original purchase value of your qualifying Prairie Sky center stone toward a new Prairie Sky center stone, making it easy to celebrate life's milestones without leaving behind the story your ring has already begun.
