We can accept completely dry memorial pieces to be included in our pieces, such as ashes, hair, or dried breastmilk. Please inquire via email for other materials prior to placing your order. Memorial materials will be encapsulated in resin and carefully set below a beautiful Faceted White Topaz stone.
Once your order has been placed, please check your email for instructions on mailing memorial materials to us. USPS does recommend shipping cremains via Priority Mail Express service.
Memorial materials will be treated with nothing less than the utmost reverence and respect while in our possession. It is an absolute honor to memorialize your beloved for you.
Remaining memorial materials will be sent back with your order. We require 1 Tablespoon of material (or so) be sent to us, but will use less in the creation of your piece. This is just to guarantee we have enough material should we run into any issue with the encapsulation process. Please package your memorial materials with extreme care and in water-proof material so they arrive to us in the same condition in which you sent them.
Our process, unlike many others, allows for regular maintenance and even resizing on your piece. Memorial pieces should be repairable heirlooms, just like the other pieces in your collection. More so, really.
This is a made to order piece. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production. Our production timeline begins once the memorial materials arrive at our studio. An email will be sent with a tracking number when your piece is on its way!

Materials
We use only the highest quality metals in our works because when we say heirloom quality, we mean it. All our pieces are either .925 Sterling silver or 14K gold. This includes all jewelry components such as posts, earring backings, clasps, chains, etc.
Always real. Never plated. Never filled.
Sizing
For the best possible experience, we strongly recommend knowing your size prior to placing a ring order. Most local jewelry stores will be happy to size you, or you can purchase a ring sizer here. Create a Loyalty account with us (look for the crown icon at bottom left of any site page) to get a ring sizer free with your first order.

Necklace lengths hang differently on each individual person - it's all about finding the length that is right for your beautifully made, unique body. We are always happy to exchange necklace chain lengths for the perfect fit. We are also always happy to make length recommendations.
